Namaste. I'm Roushan Singh, and I'm from Deoghar, Jharkhand, a town where peda is part of everyday life.
Bahar ke shehron mein jo peda milta hai, woh aksar hafton purana hota hai, ya factory ka. I wanted families to get peda the way we eat it at home: fresh, soft, and made with care.
